Processing Time

Because we are a small-batch design studio, most items are made-to-order. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to print and prepare your order before it ships.

Shipping Carriers

We ship from Toronto, Canada using:

  • Standard Shipping: Handled via Chit Chats (partners with USPS for USA orders and Canada Post for domestic).

  • Express Shipping: Handled via Stallion Express or comparable expedited services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Soup.Objects is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the label is created.
