SECTION 1 - PRODUCTS & SERVICES We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We manufacture our products using additive manufacturing (3D printing); minor surface variations (layer lines) are a normal part of this process and are not considered defects.

SECTION 2 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DIGITAL FILES All content included on this site, including but not limited to 3D designs, digital files (STLs/3MFs), text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Soup.Objects and is protected by copyright laws.

• Digital File Usage (Personal Use): When you purchase a digital file, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for Personal Use Only. You may print the file for yourself or as a gift, but you may not sell the physical print, share the digital file, or distribute it.

• Commercial Licensing: You may not sell physical prints of our designs unless you have purchased a valid Commercial License from us. Selling our designs without a license is a violation of copyright.

SECTION 3 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
